Let me guess, you’re within three or four years of age 30 you’re having a semi- (or real) ⅓ life crisis. I don’t know what it is about 30, but it happened to me and I see it time and time again to people around me.

The past 10 or so years you’ve done all the things you were supposed to (college, fancy job, bought expensive things) and yet, you’re feeling incredibly unfulfilled, and likely, very stressed out.

Perhaps you silence the stress or the “what the hell am I doing with my life?” voice with Netflix marathons, mindlessly scrolling social media for hours, or binge drinking on the weekend.

Hey, I was there! No judgement.

Do you come up  with every excuse as to why you can't change your situation? You blame lack of money, time, energy, claim it's "normal" or "temporary", or do you you listen to the voice that says you're not good enough, smart enough, or talented enough to change it up.

I'm here to tell you it's a bunch of bull!

Until you have the courage to face it head-on and really figure out what’s preventing you from taking the action needed to improve your situation, you'll just watch the days on the calendar go by and nothing changes. You stay with your stressed-filled job, relationships, and bad habits because "it won't always be like this."
(Umm... it will until you decide to change it.)

Let me help you rein in the stress and take back the joy. Let's dig a little deep and see what gems we can find.
